无论是用旧的还是新的硅碳棒进行烤窑,都应该将控制系统设置为“手动”模式,在送电初期缓慢调节加到棒上的电压,使其不超过额定电压的一半,并预热一段时间。当电压和电流稳定后,再逐渐升高电压。当需要加速升温时,可以辅助火焰枪,但切勿让火焰直接烧击硅碴棒,以免其迅速氧化。

Proper design of furnaces and parameters related to silicone carbide rods are key factors contributing towards prolonging their lifespan through appropriate usage practices.
