PE管施工安装注意事项
一、管槽开挖
PE管的管槽宜直线开挖，沟底开挖宽度为DN0.30m。管道地下连接时，接口处的槽底宽度应适当增加，管道的槽底宽度不应小于DN0.50m，以便安装和对接。
管道顶部的覆盖深*应满足以下要求：
(1) 埋在巷道下，不应小于0.80米。
(2) 埋在人行道下，不应小于0.60米。
当穿越巷道达不到设计深*时，应铺设钢套管进行保护。
管道沟槽需要转弯时，转弯角度不宜过大，弯曲半径应符合下列要求：PE管路的允许弯曲半径为D5030D；50D16050D；160D25075D；D250100D。
人工开挖管沟时，要求沟底光滑密实，无尖锐物。沟底可能有起伏，但管道需要支撑平稳。如有凹陷，要回填夯实。
二、pipe connections
P pipe adopts heat fusion and electric fusion connections, including heat fusion socket connection and heat fusion butt joint connection, as well as electric socket connection and electric saddle ring connection.
三、Installation Construction
1., materials must be placed on a flat surface or connecting machine with a 10-20mm cutting allowance.
2., appropriate clamps are selected to tighten the pipes for preparation of cutting.
3., remove impurities from the welding ends of pipes and fittings to ensure that both ends are flat, smooth, without impurities.
4., align the two welding pipe segments so that their ends are centered with minimal deviation (<10% of wall thickness).
5., apply heat to the connected area at a temperature between 210-230°C until an overlap length of 1-2mm is achieved.
6., switch off the heating plate after completion of melting process; allow time for cooling while maintaining pressure on both sides.
7., maintain pressure during cooling until no residual heat remains in the fused area.
四、Final Installation
1.. Check if pipeline trenches meet installation requirements before installing PE pipes; inspect pipelines for any defects such as sagging, cracks, wear or scratches prior to use them.
2.. For installations near bends, T-joints, reducers or tees connect using C20 concrete bridges; use brickwork bridges for valve bodies.
3.. Use steel-plastic transition couplings or flanged connections when connecting PE pipes with metal tubes or valves/fittings made from other materials than plastic.
