介绍： 我公司生产的不锈钢储存罐为无菌储罐装置广泛应用于乳品工程、食品工程、啤酒工程、精细化工工程、生物制药工程和水处理工程等诸多领域。为新设计的一种储存设备，具有操作方便、耐腐蚀、生产能力强、清洗方便、防震等优点，是在生产中储存，运输的关键设备之一。采用全不锈钢材料制作，接触物料材质可选用316L或304，冲压成型封头无死角焊接，内外抛光，完全符合GMP标准。储罐有移动式、固定式、真空型、常压型等各种不同类型供选择，其中移动式的容量从50L-1000L，固定式的容量从0.5T-300T，按要求制作。 特点: 1、筒体材质：不锈钢304或316L； 2、设计压力：0.35Mpa； 3、工作压力：0.25MPa3； 4、筒体规格：见技术参数； 5、内外表面镜面抛光，Ra<0.4um； 6、其他要求：按设计图纸生产。 原理： 1.储存罐分为，立式储存罐和卧式储存罐，单层储罐、双层储罐和三层保温储罐。 2.不锈钢储存罐设备设计合理、工艺先进、自动控制，符合GMP标准要求，罐体采用立式或卧式单层或双层结构，可根据用户要求充填保温材料。 3.根据储存能力不同由50-15000L，储存能力在20000L以上的储罐，建议使用室外储存罐.材质使用SUS304进口不锈钢制成。 4.储存罐具有良好的保温性能，罐体附带装置如下：搅拌机，CIP清洗喷淋头，人孔，温度孔，液位指示器，防菌呼吸气孔，无菌采样口，进、出料口等。 Introduction: Stainless steel storage tanks produced by our company are widely used in dairy engineering, food engineering, beer engineering, fine chemical engineering, biomedical engineering and water treatment engineering.
